What is Black Garlic?

From an ordinary garlic, we put it through weeks of slow heat and controlled humidity. The mallard reaction occurs, that sharp garlic taste disappears and something unexpected takes its place ; a soft, jet-black clove with the rich flavour of balsamic, dark chocolate, and truffle. No garlic breath. No additives. Just nature and patience.

Uses:
Spread on sourdough with butter
Stir into pasta, risotto, or mashed potato
Eat straight from the jar , in East Asia it is a health food.
Add to salad dressings and marinades
Melt into a steak sauce
Gift it to someone who loves to cook
